THE PLOT:
Ted and his girlfriend Marjorie are doing research in the deep amazon. But one night during the full moon a werewolf attacks,
killing Marjorie and leaving Ted wounded. Time pass and Ted contacts his sister Janet and her son.
Ted desides to live with his sister outside her large home in the forest in his camper. But Ted carries a deadly secret,
a secret that only Janet's dog Thor realizes. So Thor decides to keep a very close eye on Ted.
But when Thor is taken away for being "dangerous". Who will protect Janet and Brett from what Ted will become
during the full moon.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
I liked the idea that the dog Thor was the hero of this story, seeing the world through the eyes of a dog. Even if they would
believe him, not able to speak human was a real handicap. Otherwise the story was good, but nothing we really haven't seen
before in a hundred other werewolf movies. Nothing inovative there. Still, a pretty good movie with pretty good effects.
I GIVE IT....6 STARS
I agree with Zedd, I also enjoyed watching the movie from the Dog's point of view. Werewolf effects are also nothing innovative.
Nothing we haven't seen before in movies like the Howling. But the CGI morphing effects were prettt decent and at around
ten bucks, you can do worse.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ CAST (A good cast that did a great job)
+ THOR (Seeing the story through the dog's perspective was interesting)
+ CGI (We both liked the morphing into a werewolf)
+ BLOOD EFFECTS (The blood effects were realistic)
+ WEREWOLF SUIT (The werewolf design is cool even if it's not something we've seen before)
+ STORY (The basic story was good, just nothing we haven't seen before)
AND...
+ PRICE (At around ten bucks it's a bargain for an evening of scares)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- STORY (Nothing we haven't seen before)
- WEREWOLF EFFECTS (Nothing we have seen before)
- STRATCH (Ted was never bitten, he was only scratched. Everyone knows it has to be a bite. Considering they went with
a virus)
AND FINALLY:
- MYTH (A dog doesn't have to be destroyed if he taste blood, that is a myth)
