THE PLOT:
Somewhere in the artic a strange substance has surfaced from the center of the Earth. The discovery becomes the STUFF, the
hottest non-fat ice cream substitude. Ice Cream company hires Mo to find out the secret recipe of the Stuff, but what he
finds is not what he expected.
With the help of the Marketing genius that gave the Stuff it's name and a little boy who saw the Stuff move on it's own,
they discover the Stuff is alive and not like Yogert. It's addictive and it has the power to animated the dead.
Can the Stuff be stopped before it ends the world as we know it?
ZEDD'S OPINION:
This is a true monster movie classic, a unique twist on the blob style monster movie. Food that eats you. That is so cool.
The effects were impressive, the cast does a great job. Let's face it. The entire movie is first rate. There are some
minor character issues mainly around the crooked executives. Can anybody be as greedy and moronic as those two. Anyway,
the dialog was cool, the story was cool, the acting was perfect. It was gross, funny, scary and makes one think about the
next new diet craze. Make you think, am I eating it or is it eating me? Who knows, me, I'll stick to plan old fatting ice
cream, at least it's safe. I give THE STUFF...9 STARS
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd on this. If you never heard of the STUFF, then you have been missing out on one of the best monster movies
of the eighties. This Indepeneant film is way cool and should be watched over and over again. It's a true master piece of
strange and I love it. But it's not for the sqimish, if you aren't big on gore, then this isn't for you. I give it..9 STARS
as well.

+ COOL CREATURE EFFECTS (Cool creature effects in this movie.)
+ EFFECTS (The Stuffie effects are pretty good.)
+ STORY (Strange story, but way cool.)
+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ CHARACTERS (The hero characters were cool.)
+ DIALOG (We both loved the dialog.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- SLIGHT CHARACTER ISSUES (The Ice Cream Execs are complete morons.)

- NOT FOR THE FAINT STOMACH (The movie has realistic gore effects and it may not be for one with weak stomaches)
