THE PLOT:
On the distant planet Cybertron a race of living machines wage a cival war. The evil Decepticons and the nobel Autobots.
The Autobots scronge the energy they need to fuel a space ship in order to follow the Decepticons to another world.
They crash land on it during a battle and remain for four million years. The planet was Earth (Of Course) and the computer
arranged so the strange living machines from another world can fit in on this world.
But the war continues as Megatron leader of the Decepticons makes plans to rob the Earth of it's natural energy transforming
it to what they call energon. Unless the Autobots can stop them that is. With new human friends they make a home here and
try to stop the Decepticons.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
I have fond memories of Transformers when I was a kid. It was and still is one of my favorite shows. The characters were
well written and the storylines were excellent. Just an almost perfect show. There must have been time restraints back in
1984, there were animation mistakes here and there in this first season. So for childhood memories I give it....9 STARS
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
Living robots from outer space, that's what I call a concept. I wasn't a kid when it came on, but I still quickly became
a fan, it's the closet thing American TV came to Anime. I love the show and I recommend it to any who may have missed it
when it first aired. I give it...10 STARS

+ CHARACTERS (The characters, human and robot alike was well written)
+ VOICE OVER CAST (The cast that plays the voices in this show did a great job)
+ STORYLINES (The storylines were just great)

- ANIMATION ERRORS (There are some minor goofs in the animation)
