own son.
Hellboy grows up to become a member of super secret Government Agency that protects human from the paranormal. Now an
old enemy has reimerged, Grigori Rasputin has been resurrected and is out to turn Hellboy back to an evil demon with a ritual
that will destroy the world.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
A great flick, Ron Pearlmen was a perfect choice for Hellboy. I admit, I never read the comic book and know nothing of the
character, but I heard they kept it close to the orginal comic book which I like. I didn't like the way some treated Hellboy,
like a prisoner instead of someone who wants to help. But other then that, it was a great flick.
I GIVE IT...9 STARS

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd again. The acting was great, the plot was great, the make up effects were great. Everything was great,
I also agreed that I didn't like the way the Robert Tambor character treated Hellboy, I guess he's the JJJ character of the
movie, the guy you love to hate.
I GIVE IT...8½ STARS
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ RON PERLMAN (The best and only choice for Hellboy)
+ CAST (The whole cast works well together, I hope they get them all back for the sequel)
+ STORY (The story really works)
+ EFFECTS (Both the CGI and the make up effects work)
+ NO CHANGES (I liked they stuck close to the HELLBOY comic)
+ DIALOG (There is some great dialog in this movie)
+ MORAL (We both liked the moral is how you are raised not how you were born that makes a person good or bad)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- HERO OR PRISONER? (Neither of us liked the way they treated Hellboy like a criminal)
AND FINALLY:
- FAN BASED (If you don't like comic book movies, then this isn't for you)
